When we are focusing on extra weight it means that we are not focusing on the fact that something we are saying, believing, doing or thinking is not for our highest good.
By learning to focus on what our weight is saying to use, we can then begin to listen to our inner voice, move forward and release our struggle with weight and begin to create a balanced life with a healthy body.
We will do this be taking a holistic and individualized approach to wellness and nutrition.
I do not believe in short-term strategies. I want to help you discover a way of eating that you enjoy and is sustainable. We will never do extreme, drastic diets that require you to continually restrict to reach your goals. I want you to achieve your goals and enjoy the journey!
In short, I specialize in discovering the plan that works best for you - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

We will work together as a team and talk about what is important to you, how you can take action and how you will produce results regarding nutrition and fitness.

There will be a weekly check-in, where we review the previous week and set up small actionable steps for the following week. Additionally, there will be access to me through text, email and the accountability app Trainerize.

By applying my knowledge of archetypes in my fitness and nutrition coaching, I’ve been helping many of my clients to unravel patterns around body issues and to understand lifelong batters with weight they have experienced.

When you work with me, I will take you on a deep archetypal journey that will address deeper unconscious issues and help you release the unwanted weight. In the process, you will discover your True Self and focus your energy on creating the life you desire.
