Hi, I’m Anne
and I’ve been exactly where you are right now.
I've had a wild journey of ups and downs when it comes to losing weight and keeping it off for good. I went on my first diet at 12 years old and was a chronic dieter for years after that. Struggle after struggle, I was chasing an ideal body type I wasn't fully connected to. With each new diet and technique I tried, my physical health would be more out of whack. I felt so disconnected from my body, thoughts, and emotions, and I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong.
Why couldn’t I lose the weight?
I was reaching for every new diet, book, or technique I could get my hands on. It was an endless search that left me feeling hopeless and frustrated.
It wasn't until I started looking at my life and patterns around food with a different lens that I realized what I was searching for.
The best part? What I was searching for was inside of me all along - through this new lens, I found everything (and more) that I was craving:
- I realized that my inability to lose weight was not my fault 
- I felt energetic and truly confident for the first time in my life 
- I no longer felt like I was a slave to food or the gym 
- I was able to make better choices and put myself first 
- I had more compassion for myself whenever I'd fall back into negative patterns 
- It became easier for me to recognize my negative patterns and make changes where I needed to 
- I was able to LIVE FULLY and connect to my most authentic self - my Inner Lightness 
These shifts happened after I integrated techniques specific to my personal archetypes. Doing this allowed me to identify the thoughts, habits, and patterns that kept me feeling stuck.
What Are Archetypes?
Archetypes are psychological and emotional patterns, which often, dictate our choices and behaviors.
Archetypes are psychological and emotional patterns that influence your behaviors. We all have four shared archetypes, known as the survivor archetypes, which play a significant role in how we act daily. While no archetype is good or bad, each holds shadow aspects that impact decision-making - even with food and fitness. Like most things in life, we must find ways to balance out the shadows with light!
You might be thinking, "How the heck is this going to help me lose weight for good?" 
Archetypes come into play in various ways when it comes to weight loss.
Have you ever said to yourself at the end of the day, "I had a rough day, I deserve to eat this treat"? This is how your child archetype lets you know that it needs some attention. This phrasing is your child archetype coming out to play, an ideal where your subconscious wants to convince you that you are worthy of a treat or food.
Or, maybe you've planned to work out in the morning, but when you wake up, you hit snooze on your alarm. Day after day, you hit the snooze button. You start to feel frustrated and ask yourself, "Why can't I just do this one thing?". This thinking is your saboteur archetype coming front and center, trying to disrupt your goals.
You'll gain a fresh perspective by learning about your archetypes and how they impact your daily life. Through this process, you'll understand that your inability to lose weight and keep it off is not your fault. You'll be able to make changes you can stick with that feel like they come easy to you.
You'll feel validation that you have so much more to offer the world, and this will be your first step forward.

Uncover Your Inner Lightness
Over 12 weeks, we'll work together to tap into your ideal life, uncover the patterns of your archetypes that keep you stuck, and integrate these new tools into your life.
How you'll feel at the end of 12 weeks:
- Lighter, and like the weight is lifted off your shoulders - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually 
- You'll have a clear vision and plan of what your body and mind need to lose weight for good! 
- You'll have learned how to put in place sustainable actions that create balance in all areas of your life 
- You will feel a deep sense of direction. Whether it's goal-setting, re-prioritizing, or feeling a sense of clarity, you'll feel a more profound sense of purpose moving forward. 
Inside this 12-week program, you’ll receive:
- Personalized one-on-one call, to identify into your goals for the next 12 weeks 
- Weekly group sessions with women who are on this journey alongside you!

Weeks 1-4: Meet Your Inner Lightness
During our first four weeks together, we'll get SUPER clear on connecting to your inner lightness and what action steps you can take to uncover this part of you.
Weeks 5-8: Uncovering your Patterns
This is where our archetype work begins! As we identify your archetypes, we'll uncover your negative patterns (shadows) holding you back from meeting your inner lightness.
Weeks 9-12: Integration + Mindset Shifts
As we continue to work with our archetypes and recognize our shadows, we'll define what balance looks like to you and how to continue incorporating this work in all seasons of life.
